Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project across graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, requiring prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Experience with AI human-data work including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is preferred.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
