Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and creative workflows. This remote role requires prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models and the ability to provide high-quality feedback.

You will evaluate AI outputs, annotate and rate content, and help refine workflows using tools like Figma, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

Qualifications

Graphic design expertise required.
Paid AI human-data experience preferred.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural and Milanote.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
Document observations and propose improvements to workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, and user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
