YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-human data tasks across graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia projects. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, and annotate content to improve AI training.

Remote worldwide with flexible scheduling, you will work on typography, layout, motion, and overall user experience, delivering structured tasks and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional creative experience across design disciplines.
• Proficiency with listed creative applications and tools.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
