Job summary

CREtelligent, Sacramento, CA-based, seeks contractors to perform field-based Property Condition Assessments of commercial properties across the United States. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of CRE PCA experience, strong report-writing skills, and a degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRE PCA field experience.
• Ability to write clear formal PCA reports.
• Familiarity with ASTM E2018 standard and client scopes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive walk-through observations at CRE properties.
• Visually assess building systems, structure, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and envelope.
• Identify deficiencies and document maintenance needs.
• Prepare detailed PCA reports with photos and action recommendations using templates.
