Job summary

Enthuse is seeking a Guinness Brewery Ambassador to develop and deliver educations and expand awareness of the client’s premium beer portfolio within a designated territory. You will collaborate with ambassador teams, foster distributor and trade relationships, and mentor agency field staff to elevate brand education and quality standards.

This role requires travel up to 20%, remote work flexibility, and a strong network in the beer industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Business or equivalent.
• 7–10 years experience in beer, spirits, or hospitality.
• Established local industry network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive distributor and customer engagement with brand education and training.
• Deliver retailer-focused trainings including brand history, production, taste profiles and draft systems.
• Engage consumers through brand experiences and education as requested by client or agency.
• Represent brands at distributor and customer events with education on quality standards.
• Maintain brand quality standards and troubleshoot draft systems.
• Mentor agency ambassadors and client sales teams in brand knowledge and quality expertise.
