Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN required.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Verifies informed consent and protects patient confidentiality; ensures data integrity at sites.
• Performs Source Data Review and assists with query resolution to closure within timelines.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, and storage per protocol; ensures proper release/return.
• Maintains Investigator Site Files and TMF reconciliation; trains site staff as needed.
• Participates in investigator meetings and sponsor meetings; contributes to audit readiness.
