Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a CRA II for Oncology/Ophthalmology to work from home across the Midwestern region. You will monitor sites, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with sponsor teams to support trial execution.

The role requires site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities; travel up to 75%; strong communication and computer skills; knowledge of ICH-GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Good computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Travel up to 75% on a regular basis.
• US sites access and privacy notice compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remote) with regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent, protects subject confidentiality, and assesses safety and data integrity.
• Reviews ISF and TMF; ensures archiving per local guidelines and regulations.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, and regulatory storage considerations as applicable.
• Communicates with site staff to drive issue resolution and timeliness.
• Supports recruitment, retention and data tracking for trials.
