Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II for Oncology and Ophthalmology, home-based in the Midwestern region. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, ensuring regulatory and GCP compliance, while protecting patient safety and data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or RN and up to 75% travel; strong communication and computer skills are essential as you coordinate with site staff and sponsors in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance.
  • Verifies informed consent process and protects patient confidentiality.
  • Conducts source document review and ensures accurate data entry in CRFs; drives query resolution to closure.
