Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II for Oncology and Ophthalmology with a home-based, Midwest region assignment. You will monitor sites, ensure GCP compliance and data integrity, and support study milestones across the lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or RN, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 75%. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a global biopharmaceutical solutions organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent and protects patient confidentiality while assessing safety and data integrity.
• Reviews ISF/ TMF, conducts data review and query resolution, and supports site training.
• Manages IP inventory, handling labeling, storage and release per protocol requirements.
• Maintains training and knowledge of applicable guidelines and SOPs; supports audit readiness.
