Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented CPQ Business Analyst to support our in-house CPQ platform. You will gather actionable functional requirements and serve as the critical liaison between business contacts and the software development team, translating pricing concepts and documenting pricing logic for implementation.

This role is open to remote in the US or hybrid from one of our local US offices, working in an Agile environment with strong documentation and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience in an Agile environment (SCRUM/KANBAN).
• Experience working with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.).
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, discounts, or revenue management.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements.
• Experience writing functional requirements documents.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze working group data and document functional requirements.
• Partner with Pricing team to document business requirements for the CPQ system.
• Translate pricing logic into detailed functional specs for developers.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT/engineering teams.
• Clarify requirements with developers and ensure accurate implementation.
• Validate functionality through testing and SME QA support.
• Maintain pricing logic and workflows documentation within the CPQ platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system capabilities.
• Support backlog prioritization and stakeholder communications.
