Job summary

Talener is seeking an executive Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product vision and strategy for a portfolio of high-volume e-commerce healthcare platforms. You will own the roadmap, align engineering and product teams, and drive modernization of core infrastructure for scalable growth.

The role requires deep exp. in multi-SKU e-commerce, healthcare tech, and data-driven personalization, with executive-level influence and a remote-working arrangement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership in high-growth e-commerce.
• Technical depth bridging engineering and exec teams.
• Experience with telehealth platforms in regulated environments.
• CDP and personalization experience.
• Proven record of complex system integrations.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of healthcare e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee the build-out of a custom telehealth platform and modernize core tech.
• Direct data infrastructure including CDP and personalization engine for multi-SKU experiences.
• Manage integrations with benefit administrators, financial institutions, and plan providers.
• Drive owned-brand growth and feature innovation across digital storefronts.
• Mentor and grow product management and UX teams; evaluate new tech.
