the client is seeking a full-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the Product and Engineering organizations and drive the long-term technology vision, platform strategy, and product roadmap. This executive role will oversee software development, infrastructure, product management, technical partnerships, and enterprise SaaS platform scalability within a highly regulated healthcare environment. The CTO will shape company strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver innovative technology solutions that support continued business growth.

Key responsibilities will include strategic product and technology oversight, engineering leadership and platform development, and executive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. The CTO will engage with executive leadership, customers, investors, and the board to help guide the development of transformative products intended to impact healthcare organizations and patient outcomes. Daily focus is expected to balance hands‑on strategic oversight with management responsibilities, executive alignment, and customer and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in a related field and extensive executive leadership experience overseeing both product and engineering functions, including scaling teams in high-growth technology companies. They will typically have a strong background in SaaS platform architecture, infrastructure, and enterprise software development, along with experience developing and executing long-term technology and product strategies. Experience in healthcare enterprise software environments, particularly for payer and/or provider organizations, is expected, as is demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams; familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and regulated healthcare data environments is also required.
