Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drafting commercial C‑PACE financing and related agreements.
• Performing legal diligence on C‑PACE transactions, including review of capital stacks, environmental status, borrower documents, title work, and related documents.
• Reviewing closing, conveyancing, loan, and corporate resolution documents.
• Tracking transaction tasks, parties, and key dates; communicating progress to team.
• Coordinating recordation of C‑PACE closing documents and amendments.
• Conducting basic legal and business research.
• Supporting capital market transactions as needs dictate.
