Job summary

Nuveen, a part of TIAA, is seeking an Analyst for CRE CPACE Transaction Management in a hybrid role based in Darien and other major U.S. markets.

You will assist in loan origination, transaction management, and underwriting across CRE assets nationwide, supporting the CPACE program for Nuveen Green Capital. You will build financial models, perform credit analysis, prepare investment memoranda, and coordinate with sponsors, brokers, and internal teams to keep deals on track through closing.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Finance or Economics
• 1 year professional experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
• Internship or coursework related to Commercial Real Estate (CRE) finance or underwriting
• Demonstrated interest in real estate finance and sustainability

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and perform credit analysis for CRE properties.
• Support originations through market reviews and underwriting borrowers.
• Prepare investment memoranda and assist with due diligence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to keep deal milestones.
