Job summary

Chazin is seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Technical Reviews & Training – CPA, to serve as the internal SME on U.S. GAAP and lead technical training across our nonprofit-focused Accounting Services team.

This role supports quality, compliance, and ongoing technical knowledge. The ideal candidate holds a CPA, has nonprofit and public accounting experience, and stays current on standards while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• CPA license required with strong GAAP knowledge.
• Extensive nonprofit accounting experience and public accounting background.
• Ability to thrive in a virtual team environment and lead training.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical reviews for monthly close and audit readiness.
• Develop and deliver nonprofit accounting training and materials.
• Coach staff on technical judgment and documentation.
• Maintain policies, checklists, and learning resources.
