Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate written record of legal proceedings.
• Administer the oath prior to proceedings.
• Monitor and edit real-time transcription using proprietary software.
• Intervene if participants engage in crosstalk.
• Gather information for final written record.
• Manage transcript delivery timelines and client communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams for quality standards.
• Finalize and certify the transcript as a true record.

Skills

Excellent English grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Education

Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred

Notary Public certificate
