Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months in a high-volume call center using ACD software.
• Reliable, high-speed internet for remote access to the Judicial Branch network.
• Ability to attend in-person new employee orientation and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of calls and emails regarding citations, schedule hearings, and explain payment options.
• Use MNCIS to initiate cases from citations filed by law enforcement.
• Refer callers to court administration, accounting staff, or other agencies as needed.
• Document inquiries per standards and complete QA reports.
