Qualifications

• Experience with traffic or limited-jurisdiction court operations.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant.

Responsibilities

• Assess traffic and court case workflows: citations, filings, dockets, payments, and dispositions.
• Define functional and technical requirements and integrations (law enforcement e-citation, DMV, payments).
• Evaluate commercial court case management solutions and modernization approaches.
• Advise on implementation, data migration, and public portal options.
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming.
