Job summary

AlphaGov seeks a seasoned Child Support Enforcement Systems Consultant to support state agencies remotely. You'll assess current IV-D processes, validate certification requirements, and help shape modernization strategies across transfer, COTS, modular, or cloud options.

This project-based, remote-first role requires deep knowledge of federal OCSS certification and APD processes, with preference for candidates who previously served in IV-D agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional IV-D systems or programs experience.
• Knowledge of federal OCSS certification and APD processes.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant.
• Nice to have mainframe modernization experience.
• Nice to have human services IT program management.
• Nice to have previously worked for an IV-D agency.

• Advise on federal funding (APD), data conversion, and interfaces.
• Contribute to RFI responses and roadmap documents.

A state has issued an RFI on the evolution of its federally certified child support enforcement system. We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.
