Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Course Materials Market Manager to oversee the inventory lifecycle for multiple locations, remotely. You will collect and confirm faculty adoptions, set QTC decisions, and manage POs for ACCESS and student-choice programs across Market stores.

This role partners with Store Operations, AP, HR, and Training to drive course materials strategy, with regular campus and store communications and seasonal in-store visits to ensure timely setup, receipt, and disposition

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in store ops or materials management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Store operations, account management, and/or project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee course materials department for multiple locations and contracts.
• Generate reports, analyze data, and act as primary Text Decision Maker.
• Evaluate performance including QTC, inventory, purchasing, and disposition.
• Collaborate with faculty, store management, and regional teams on strategy.
• Conduct seasonal in-store visits and provide operational support.
• Provide feedback to regional managers and partners on checkpoints and constraints.
