Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Counter-Insider Threat Program Analyst to support US Space Command's CInTP. You will triage indicators, analyze threat data, and deliver rapid, well-reasoned briefings to inform senior decision-makers.

The candidate will work across networks, shaping training, policy, and case management for the program, with emphasis on timely, secure communications and attention to national security considerations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience conducting research and analysis for DoD/IC missions.
• Experience with DITMAC thresholds, PRIs, DSoS, NITTF guidance, DoDI 5205.16, and National Insider Threat Policy.
• Ability to produce time-critical briefings.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily triage of insider threat information and data detection with rapid reporting.
• Support USSPACECOM exercises.
• Capture meeting minutes and track tasks for stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver consistent CInTP training and briefing products.
• Monitor metrics for annual CInT training and policy reviews.
• Draft and maintain CInTP policies, SOPs, and governing documents.
• Document stakeholder actions and manage CInTP cases end-to-end.
