You’ll shape training, policy, and case management across a command‑wide program. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in DoD/IC missions, TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to produce time‑critical briefings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience conducting research and analysis in support of DoD or IC missions (CI, security, force protection, or cyber operations).
• Experience with government thresholds, PRI guidance, and national insider threat policies.
• Ability to produce time-critical briefings.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily triage and analysis of insider threat information; rapid reporting on risk trigger events relative to thresholds.
• Capture meeting minutes and track tasks for stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver C-InTP training, materials, and briefing products.
• Deliver training at SCI indoctrinations and awareness months.
• Monitor metrics for mandated training and update policies and SOPs.
• Draft and review C-InTP policies, SOPs, and governing documents.
• Perform semi-annual policy reviews and reflect national-level changes.
• Assist annually with revising and publishing the C-InTP Annual Report.
• Document stakeholder actions and decisions.
• Manage inquiries and update case management systems.
