Wealth Enhancement Group seeks a Counsel - Vendor Contracts & Leasing to support vendor contracting, procurement, and real estate legal functions. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements and office leases.

This remote role covers the Twin Cities area and reports to the Deputy General Counsel. The position focuses on contract lifecycle management, risk assessment, and collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Facilities, IT, Privacy, Compliance, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• ~ 2+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts, procurement, corporate law, real estate, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, professional services, etc.).
• Support contract lifecycle management, templates, playbooks, and standard clauses.
• Review and negotiate office leases and related documents; assist with lease openings, relocations, and closures.
• Coordinate with Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other stakeholders on complex issues.
• Maintain accurate legal records and improve workflows; support AI initiatives for contract review under oversight.
• Provide day-to-day legal support on contracting, procurement, facilities, and related matters.
