Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and resolve diverse legal issues.
• Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities for commercial contracts.
• Experience advising on healthcare regulatory matters (FDA, HIPAA, False Claims Act).
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with outside counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including customer, BD, research, and vendor agreements.
• Review RFP responses and marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Advise on sponsorships and educational grants.
• Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters with outside counsel.
• Draft policies addressing healthcare compliance and other policies.
• Provide legal advice on healthcare compliance, employment, and privacy.
• Create and deliver training on legal and compliance topics.
• Conduct legal research impacting CMSU and subsidiaries.
