Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services to clients via telehealth. You will collaborate with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and guide clients through virtual sessions.

This role supports clients across the United States with a CA licensure reimbursement option and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid COTA certification required.
• Active CA COTA license or ability to apply.
• Experience in clinic, private practice, hospital, or home health.
• Proficient with teletherapy on our platform; pediatrics experience preferred.
• Experience with feeding, sensory, hand skills, emotional regulation, neurodiverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Collaborate with licensed OTs to assess/improve treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and document therapy notes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve independence.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and confidentiality.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct sessions and stay updated.
