Job description

Job Title: Cost Estimator

Location: 100% Remote

Start: Award – August 2026

Must be US Citizen

Requirements

• Proficient with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) cost estimating software called MicroComputer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCACES), also known as MII software.
• Experience performing cost estimates for the USACE, especially projects over $250M.
• Familiar with the USACE Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological Waste (HTRW) work breakdown structure.
• Experience estimating construction activities such as electrical installation, concrete structure construction, industrial construction, etc.
• Experience in deconstruction and decommissioning estimating (desired, not required).
• Knowledge related to radioactive waste management would be helpful but not required.
