Qualifications

• 5 years experience in project cost control within construction or capital project environment.
• Experience supporting large scale construction projects from budget development to closeout.
• Strong background in financial reconciliation on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support development and validation of project budgets.
• Monitor project financial performance against the approved budget.
• Prepare cash flow projections based on forecasted spending.
