Arena Technical Resources, LLC (ATR) seeks a Senior Cost Analyst for a large data center project in Atlanta, GA. You will lead cost control, forecasting, and budget alignment with scope, schedule, and procurement, mentoring junior staff and partnering with management and field teams to ensure accurate financial performance.

Bring 7+ years in cost control and a strong track record with CBS/EAC/ETC. The role is full-time onsite with competitive benefits and potential performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in cost control or project controls in construction.
• Leadership on large-scale construction projects through full lifecycle.
• Experience with subcontractor cost management and procurement/buyout.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and control of project budgets and cost baselines.
• Oversee tracking of subcontractor commitments, PO, vendor expenditures, and exposures.
• Monitor productivity trends and cost impacts with field teams; flag risks early.
• Prepare executive reports on status, variances, trends, and forecasts.
• Develop EAC/ETC projections and perform scenario analysis for risks.
• Manage change events, change orders, and scope growth with pricing inputs.
• Produce cash flow projections and identify funding gaps with corrective actions.
• Lead procurement/buyout reviews and bid evaluations; mentor junior staff.
• Liaise with project leadership on cost matters in reviews; drive process improvements.
