Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Cost Accounting Lead to own manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory, fixed assets, and COGS. You will build scalable standard costing processes and partner with Supply Chain, Sales, and R&D to support IPO readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing or hardware cost accounting.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge for inventory, fixed assets, and COGS.
• Expert in standard costing, variance analysis, and cost roll-ups.
• Able to translate Supply Chain, Sales, and R&D activity into actionable results.
• CPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory, fixed asset, and COGS accounting under US GAAP.
• Build and scale the cost accounting function for IPO readiness.
• Maintain and improve standard costs, updates, and cost roll-ups.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and partner with Operations on actions.
• Lead COGS and margin reporting and explain drivers to leadership.
