Job summary

Palo Alto Networks seeks a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation, specializing in Cortex. You will define technical solutions that secure customer imperatives and evangelize Industry-leading Cortex capabilities across Security Intelligence, Automation, XDR, SOAR and Incident Response.

You will collaborate with account teams, present to leadership, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and drive PoV engagements to win technical approvals and customer value realization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Security Operations or pre-sales in SIEM/SOAR/SOC/XDR
• IBM QRadar design, deployment or pre-sales experience desirable
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills
• Solid understanding of SOC processes
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to develop Cortex-focused customer solutions
• Present to customers at all levels from practitioner to senior leadership
• Act as technical contact for Cortex; respond to RFIs/RFPs
• Lead demonstrations that showcase Cortex value
• Scope and lead PoV projects; define high-level designs and use cases
• Drive technical validation and PoV win rates in Cortex opportunities
• Align product capabilities with customer requirements and differentiation
• Architect Cortex solutions to strengthen customer security posture
• Document High-Level Design and Use Cases for implementation
• Help customers expand Cortex services
• Lead discussions on industry trends and security landscape changes
• Position Palo Alto Networks offerings against competitors
