Qualifications

• Native GDS expertise with Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus or Galileo.
• Excellent client service and professional communication.
• Ability to analyze travel options and anticipate traveler needs.
• Experience booking corporate travel and enforcing travel policy.
• Team player with willingness to coach and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and accommodations.
• Use GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo); training may be provided.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide courteous, proactive customer service over the phone; handle special requests.
• Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and give feedback to improve service levels.
