Job summary

The role includes days, evenings, nights, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in travel, preferably business travel
• Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs
• GDS Sabre expertise
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail
• Integrity in handling traveler information
• Strong understanding of the travel industry (business or leisure)
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and independently

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups)
• Arrange and book domestic and international travel in varying complexities for air, rail, and accommodations
• Must have GDS experience in Sabre
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, e-mail, and back office systems
• Act as a trusted advisor by using travel expertise to proactively provide advice and sell additional services while following policy
• Work individually and as a team to meet business and account-specific goals
