Job summary

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is seeking a Corporate + Transactional Practice Group Paralegal to support attorneys in regulatory, transactional and compliance-related matters across industries including financial services and nonprofit entities. The role involves assisting with filings, due diligence, governance, and client service in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, excellent communication, and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Prior paralegal experience in corporate/securities matters preferred.
• Experience supporting business, corporate securities, or financial services matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file federal and state corporate and other regulatory filings.
• Assist with securities registration, licensing and exemption filings.
• Maintain compliance calendars, filing deadlines and regulatory tracking systems.
• Support attorneys with acquisition transactions by assisting in due diligence and document preparation.
• Organize and maintain corporate records including stock ledgers.
• Monitor updates to regulatory requirements and assist with internal tracking and reporting.
