Orion Placement is seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney for a remote role serving an Atlanta, Georgia-based team. The ideal candidate holds a JD, has 4+ years in corporate law, and brings hands-on M&A and contract drafting expertise. GA Bar admission is required and the position supports flexible, remote work.

You will counsel on governance, negotiations, and commercial agreements while interacting directly with clients to deliver strategic solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license required.
• 4+ years of corporate law, business transactions, or commercial contracts experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex business agreements.
• M&A experience including asset purchase agreements preferred.
• Healthcare or professional services transactional experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Georgia Bar license required.
• 4+ years of corporate law, business transactions, or commercial contracts experience.
• Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex business agreements.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including asset purchase agreements, strongly preferred.
• Healthcare, dental, or medical practice transactional experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, legal writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage assignments and build strong client relationships.
