Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks an experienced Corporate/Contract Attorney to join its legal team in a fully remote capacity. You will advise clients across corporate, commercial, and contract matters, with emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and complex agreements.

The ideal candidate has 3–9 years of corporate law experience, is admitted to the Georgia Bar, and can manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while guiding clients through governance and regulatory concerns.

Qualifications

• 3-9 years of corporate law experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions, and contract drafting.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Georgia Bar license required.
