Job summary

Variyas Global Solutions Inc. seeks an Attorney Associate to join a growing practice focused on business and corporate transactional matters. This role offers direct client interaction, ownership of complex assignments, and a collaborative growth-oriented environment.

The attorney will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, support mergers and acquisitions, advise on governance and structuring, and manage multiple matters with senior attorney mentorship.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing, or eligible for prompt admission/reciprocity.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business, corporate, or transactional law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
