Job summary

AACN seeks a Corporate Relations and Exhibits Manager to lead exhibits, sponsorships, and partnerships for NTI. You will own the sales lifecycle, forecast revenue, and drive strategic plans to grow revenue and improve exhibitor and sponsor engagement.

The role requires a track record in sales leadership, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration within an association or nonprofit setting. Remote-friendly with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of exhibits and sponsorship sales experience.
• Strong leadership and revenue growth track record.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and align priorities with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead NTI exhibits and sponsorships revenue and business development.
• Forecast revenue and monitor performance against goals; take corrective actions.
• Develop annual plans and strategic recommendations for exhibits and sponsorships.
• Build strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and opportunities.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and variance analysis for programs.
• Negotiate contracts with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
• Mitigate risks and optimize customer experience across programs.
• Lead and develop the exhibits team and cross-functional projects.
