Qualifications

• In-house corporate legal experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, litigation, and IP management.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist with employment matters, litigation and IP, incl. trademarks.
• Prepare and manage board consents and track documents.
• Perform administrative tasks and wear multiple hats.
• Collaborate with real estate paralegal on cross‑functional needs.
• Trademark registrations/renewals experience; notary a plus.
