Job summary

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Paralegal to join our corporate legal team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with professional licensing requirements across the United States and collaborates with attorneys, tax, treasury, and litigation teams.

Remote/virtual telecommute position and can be based from anywhere in the US. Primary responsibilities include license processing, vendor coordination, and preparation of corporate documents while supporting legal staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 2 years of relevant corporate paralegal experience at a firm and/or corporation or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Experience with professional licensing practices
• Experience with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Managing the processing, maintenance and renewal of state professional licenses
• Coordinating with internal clients to determine necessary professional licenses, identifying responsible individuals, and complying with guidelines and procedures
• Coordinating with and managing external vendors as it relates to professional licensing renewals
• Preparing various corporate documents including director and shareholder resolutions, secretary certificates, and a variety of other legal documents
• Support attorneys and legal staff as needed
