Job summary

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Paralegal to join our corporate legal team. This remote-friendly role focuses on ensuring compliance with professional licensing requirements across the United States and collaborates with internal clients, attorneys, and various business units.

Primary duties include managing license processing, renewal, and coordination with external vendors, drafting corporate documents, and supporting attorneys as needed. Remote work is available from anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 2 years of relevant corporate paralegal experience
• Experience with professional licensing practices
• Experience with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Managing the processing, maintenance and renewal of state professional licenses
• Coordinating with internal clients to determine necessary professional licenses, identifying responsible individuals, and complying with guidelines and procedures
• Coordinating with and managing external vendors as it relates to professional licensing renewals
• Preparing various corporate documents including director and shareholder resolutions, secretary certificates, and a variety of other legal documents
• Support attorneys and legal staff as needed
