Job summary

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated paralegal to join our corporate legal team. This role focuses on ensuring the company's compliance with professional licensing requirements across the United States and will closely collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and groups across the company including corporate tax, treasury, and litigation.

Remote/virtual telecommute position, can be based anywhere in the US. Primary responsibilities include processing, maintenance and renewal of state licenses;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience with professional licensing practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage processing, maintenance and renewal of state professional licenses.
• Coordinate with internal clients to determine required licenses and compliant procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors for license renewals and maintain documentation.
• Prepare corporate documents including director and shareholder resolutions and secretary certificates.
• Support attorneys and legal staff as needed.
