Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a Legal Assistant to support governance and compliance across US subsidiaries and the Board. You will prepare materials, manage the board portal, and assist with corporate documents and filings.

The role involves collaboration with the senior counsel and cross-functional teams to drive efficient legal services, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of paralegal experience including project and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with board governance materials (agendas, minutes, consents).
• Manage Board portal content and users (Diligent).
• Maintain domestic/foreign subsidiaries' entities and file organizational documents.
• Draft/review Section 16 filings (Form 4s) with external counsel support.
• Support development/administration of Directors and Officers questionnaire.
• Improve processes to enable efficient, cost-effective legal services.
