Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a Legal Assistant to support the Securities & Financing counsels and the broader Legal and Compliance team. The role will involve drafting governance materials, managing board portals, and maintaining subsidiary entities, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effective service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal degree or certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 4 years of paralegal experience including project and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Support governance processes and board materials.
• Manage content and users of board management software (Diligent).
• Maintain entities for U.S. and international subsidiaries; draft resolutions and related docs.
• Assist with Section 16 filings and Form 4s with external counsel.
• Assist in D&O questionnaires and governance program administration.
• Provide administrative support to the Legal department and liaise with other departments.
