The ideal candidate has 2+ years in private equity, investment banking, or related fields, with strong financial modeling and presentation skills. Collaboration with senior leaders and cross‑functional teammates is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or related fields.
• A bachelor’s degree in management, finance, or related area is required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes financial models to support corporate strategy and transactions.
• Supports due diligence, evaluates investment opportunities, and assists with deal evaluations.
• Creates client-ready materials and presentations for strategic decisions.
• Manages cross-functional project aspects and coordinates with senior stakeholders.
• Contributes to capital raising, strategic finance, and M&A opportunities.
