Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of law firm experience handling complex legal and business issues independently.
• Advanced ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies.
• Advanced ability to communicate on legal matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to develop templates, playbooks, and best practices for the business.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver the organization's legal service with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Advise on interpretation and application of policies and procedures; resolve complex queries.
• Contribute to the formation of functional strategy through specialist expertise.
• Draft policies, procedures, and related guidelines to meet key principles and compliance.
• Act as SME in technology, policy, regulation, or operations; maintain accreditations and stay updated.
• Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying needs and concerns; communicate effectively.
• Develop templates and playbooks to support consistent legal review and efficiency.
