Vanco is seeking a Corporate Counsel to serve as the company’s sole in-house attorney, supporting day-to-day legal needs across the organization. This role offers broad exposure to the executive team and a clear path toward General Counsel. You will draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, manage regulatory compliance (payments and nonprofit fundraising), oversee insurance renewals, and assist with M&A.

Ideal candidates hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, are admitted to at least one U.S.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4–8 years of combined law firm and in-house experience, with focus on commercial contracts in SaaS/tech/payments.
• Remote work eligible; licensed to practice in approved U.S. states.
