Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to serve as the company’s primary legal advisor supporting its Division 26 (Electrical), Division 27 (Communications), and Division 28 (Electronic Safety & Security) operations nationwide.

This role will partner closely with executive leadership to review and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on employment law, support construction and subcontracting operations, manage legal risk, oversee compliance, and help

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• Minimum seven years of relevant legal experience with contracts.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state operations.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and approve MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Provide employment, regulatory, and risk management guidance.
• Support construction/subcontracting projects and licensing compliance.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic growth and governance.
