Job summary

Legal.io is seeking an experienced Construction Counsel for infrastructure projects, particularly data centers, to coordinate construction and procurement legal work. This fully remote contract role requires 40 hours per week for three months with potential extension, serving across the Americas.

You will manage outside counsel, liaise with internal business teams, and ensure timely legal support for large-scale data center construct projects, while staying aligned with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction contracting and claims.
• Experience handling infra issues at a multinational Fortune 100 technology company (5+ years).
• Familiarity with AI tools, Power BI, and SharePoint preferred.
