Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a mid-level Corporate Counsel to join its U.S. legal team. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements to support warehousing and real estate activities. You will partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and advance business objectives.

Remote work option with preference for residents in NC, NJ, GA, or PA; JD from a US law school and active bar license required; 5+ years in commercial contracting; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one US state.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in commercial contracting and bespoke drafting.
• Ability to work independently and exercise strong business judgment.
• Position not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (master warehousing agreements, real estate leases, NDAs, and vendor contracts).
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide practical legal advice and mitigate risk.
• Support the company’s business objectives through sound legal guidance.
