Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage fund-level and entity-level accounting and investor reporting.
• Utilize Yardi for real estate asset management and reporting.
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and enhance internal controls.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory filings, and tax support.
• Monitor KPIs and investor returns; provide insights.
